Seenesalat (Mushroom Salad)

Salted mushrooms are a big part of traditional Estonian cuisine, especially in the eastern and southern parts of the country, where they are gathered during mushroom season and preserved to be eaten in breads and salads year-round. Use salted mushrooms sold in cans or jars, rather than fresh mushrooms, for this recipe. Recipe Servings: Serves 12
